The YeahoYeah.com website (the "Site") offers a free online service that allows people who have registered to become YeahoYeah Community Members ("Members") to set up unique personal profiles ("Fan Profiles") that can be linked together through networks of other Members. Members can view each others' Fan Profiles, meet old and new friends on the Site, share photos, post journals, interests and ideas. To enrich our Members' experience, we give them the option, at the time they set up their Fan Profiles, of displaying to other Members and non members personal information from their Fan Profiles. The Fan Profiles allow Members to identify each other and expand their network of friends. Examples of personal information that Members can choose to have publicly displayed in their Fan Profiles include the following: Members' pictures of themselves, first names, personal interests, gender, education and occupation. Any personal information that a Member does not wish to be made publicly available should not be provided in the Fan bio and interest sections of the registration. Communications exchanged among Members via the Site, including on its chat boards are also visible to the public. Members can change their Fan Profile information at any time and can control how other Members communicate with them and how they receive Site generated messages. Members' full names and personal email addresses are not shared or displayed to people within a personal network. Communication among Members within a personal network occurs via the Site, without the disclosure of personal email addresses. To facilitate searching and finding friends and acquaintances on the Site, Members and non-members may search for Members using information Members may have referenced in their Fan Profiles.


Yeah o Yeah Inc.'s Collection and Use of Personal Information

At the time registration, we collect personal information submitted by Members such as name, email address, and age to authenticate Members and to send them notifications relating to happenings and activities on the Site. The Site also logs non-personally-identifiable information including IP address, profile information, aggregate user data, and browser type, from users and visitors to the Site. This data is used to manage the Site, track usage and improve the Site's services. This non-personally-identifiable information may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements to Members as a whole. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.

Fan Profile information including Members' pictures and user names are publicly displayed in order to facilitate Member interaction in the YeahoYeah.com social networking community. Email addresses that we collect from Members are not shared publicly displayed. We communicate with Members through e-mail to send them notifications or communications related to the Site.

From time to time, we may sponsor a promotion, sweepstake or contest on the Site. Members may be asked to provide personal information including name, email address or home address or to answer questions in order to participate. We may transfer personal information collected in such promotions to certain promotional partners, provided a Member has explicitly requested to receive information from that partner.


Invitations Non-members

Members may invite friends to browse the Site's service and become a Member by sending invitation emails via our automated invitation system. The invitation emails come from the Member's own email address and we do not collect, use or store email addresses from non-Members.


Use of Cookies

The Site uses cookies to store visitors' (including non-members') preferences and to record session information to ensure that visitors are not repeatedly offered the same advertisements and to customize newsletter, advertising, and Web page content based on browser type and user profile information. We do not link the information we store in cookies to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our site. You may be able to configure your browser to accept or reject all or some cookies, or notify you when a cookie is set -- each browser is different, so check the "Help" menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences -- however, you must enable cookies from YeahoYeah.com in order to use most functions on the site. Message Boards and Public Forums

Please be aware that whenever you voluntarily post public information to Message Boards any other Public Forums that that information can be accessed by the public and can in turn be used by those people to send you unsolicited communications.


Correcting/Updating or Removing Information

Members may modify any of their personal information at any time by logging into their account going to "My Stuff" and accessing "Settings".


Security

Members' accounts are secured by member-created passwords. We use reasonable measures to protect member information that is stored within our database, and we restrict access to Member information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel and technical staff. Please note that we cannot guarantee the security of Member account information. Sharing and Disclosure of Information YeahoYeah.com Collects
